gem\u00e4\u00df Eintrag in das W\u00e4hlerverzeichnis sind Sie f\u00fcr die Gremienwahlen 2025 in der Studierendengruppe wie folgt wahlberechtigt:

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ggf. Fakult\u00e4tsrat der Fakult\u00e4t: 1

(Hinweis: Sollte hinter \u201eFakult\u00e4tsrat der Fakult\u00e4t\u201c keine Nummer erscheinen, sind Sie nur f\u00fcr den Senat als wahlberechtigt eingetragen.)

Hinweise zur Stimmabgabe:

Die Wahl wird als kombinierte Urnen-, Brief- und elektronische Wahl durchgef\u00fchrt, d. h. die Stimmabgabe ist f\u00fcr alle wahlberechtigten Personen auf folgenden Wegen m\u00f6glich:

1. Im Wahllokal an der Wahlurne
Das Wahllokal befindet sich am 21.01.2025 am Campus Wechloy (Ringebene) und am 22. und 23.01.2025 am Campus Haarentor (BIS-Saal). Die \u00d6ffnungszeiten sind jeweils 11:30 bis 14:30 Uhr. Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zur gew\u00e4hrleisten, bringen Sie bitte einen amtlichen Lichtbildausweis zur Wahl mit.

2. Online \u00fcber das Wahlportal
Das Online-Wahlportal ist von 02.01.2025, 14:00 Uhr, bis 14.01.2025, 14:00 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet. Alle wahlberechtigten Personen erhalten die Zugangsdaten per Mail zu Beginn der Wahlfrist. Auf die Regelungen der \u201eAnlage 1: Regelungen zu elektronischen Wahlen\u201c der Wahlordnung wird hingewiesen. Weitere Information erfolgen separat im weiteren Verlauf der Wahl.

Wichtig: Bei der Stimmabgabe \u00fcber das Online-Wahlportal richtet sich das aktive Wahlrecht (Recht zur Stimmabgabe) nach dem beim Online-Wahlportal hinterlegten W\u00e4hlerverzeichnis. Dieses wird gem. Ziff. 8 der Anlage 1 zur WahlO fortgeschrieben, soweit dies m\u00f6glich ist. Diese M\u00f6glichkeit entf\u00e4llt jedoch sp\u00e4testens mit der Versiegelung am 19.12.2024. Danach kann durch die Fortschreibung lediglich noch die Berechtigung zur Stimmabgabe per Briefwahl oder im Wahllokal erworben werden. Es wird daher dringend empfohlen, etwaige Antr\u00e4ge auf Nachtrag, \u00c4nderung oder Korrektur des W\u00e4hlerverzeichnisses rechtzeitig zu stellen.


3. Briefwahl
Wenn Sie von der M\u00f6glichkeit der Briefwahl Gebrauch machen m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnen Sie das Antragsformular hier

herunterladen. Das ausgedruckte, ausgef\u00fcllte und eigenh\u00e4ndig unterschriebene Formular schicken Sie dann bitte im Original per (Haus-)Post an das Wahlamt oder geben es dort ab. Bitte sehen Sie davon ab, uns das Formular per Mailanhang, Foto, Fax oder sonstiger Fernkopie zuzusenden. Derartige Antr\u00e4ge entsprechen nicht der Schriftform i.S.v. \u00a7 15 Abs. 1 S. 1 WahlO und k\u00f6nnen daher nicht bearbeitet werden. Der Antrag auf \u00dcbersendung der Briefwahlunterlagen muss bis zum 07.01.2025 eingegangen sein.\u00a0 Einem anderen als der oder dem Wahlberechtigten pers\u00f6nlich d\u00fcrfen die Briefwahlunterlagen nur ausgeh\u00e4ndigt oder zugesandt werden, wenn eine schriftliche Empfangsvollmacht vorliegt. Der Versand der Briefwahlunterlagen erfolgt ab dem 19.12.2025.

    Voting instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The election will be held as a combined ballot box, postal and electronic election, i.e. voting is possible for all eligible voters in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. in the polling station at the ballot box
      The polling station will be located on 21.01.2025 at Campus Wechloy (Ringebene) and on 22 and 23.01.2025 at Campus Haarentor (BIS-Saal). The opening hours are 11:30 to 14:30 in each case. To ensure a smooth process, please bring an official photo ID to the election.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. online via the voting portal
      The online election portal is open from 02.01.2025, 14:00 to 14.01.2025, 14:00. All persons entitled to vote will receive the access data by email at the beginning of the election period. Reference is made to the regulations in \u201cAnnex 1: Regulations on electronic elections\u201d of the election regulations. Further information will be provided separately as the election progresses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        If you would like to make use of the postal voting option, you can download the application form here

        here. Please then send the printed, completed and personally signed form in the original by (internal) post to the electoral office or hand it in there. Please refrain from sending us the form by e-mail attachment, photo, fax or other telecopy. Such applications do not comply with the written form requirement within the meaning of Section 15 (1) sentence 1 WahlO and can therefore not be processed. The application to send postal voting documents must be received by 07.01.2025. Postal voting documents may only be handed over or sent to a person other than the person entitled to vote in person if a written authorization to receive them has been provided.
