How does university policy work?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-accent-4-background-color has-background\"><strong>Studierendenparlament\/AStA<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>(Students parlament)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir treten zum ersten Mal bei der Studierendenparlamentswahl Januar 2025 an. Die Wahl findet vom 21.01.-23.01.2025 statt. Das Studierendenparlament (StuPa) ist das h\u00f6chste Gremien der Studierendenschaft. \u00c4hnlich dem Bundestag w\u00e4hlt das Studierendenparlament seine*ihre Bundesregierung. Diese Bundesregierung wird Allgemeiner Ausschuss (AStA) genannt. Das Studierendenparlament kontrolliert, beauftragt und kann jeder Zeit den AStA abw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben der Kontrollfunktion \u00fcber den AStA kann jede*r in den Arbeitskreisen des Studierendenparlaments mitarbeiten. Sie sind hochschul\u00f6ffentlich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesen Arbeitskreisen werden aktuell:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Haushalt kontrolliert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Satzungs\u00e4nderung <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Antirassismus Referat planen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Studierendenparlament tagt\/trifft sich immer einmal im Monat am Mittwoch ab 12 Uhr. Die R\u00e4umlichkeiten stehen auf dieser Webseite: <a href=\"https:\/\/stupa-oldenburg.de\/\">https:\/\/stupa-oldenburg.de\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Allgemeine Studierendenausschuss tag\/trifft sich jeden Montag ab 10 oder 12 Uhr. Die R\u00e4umlichkeiten sind im Mensageb\u00e4ude von Campus Haarentor. Auf der Ebeen mit der Cafetaria geht man rechts zwischen Ausgabe 3 und Kulinarium entlang. The election will take place from 21.01.-23.01.2025. The student parliament (StuPa) is the highest body of the student body. Similar to the Bundestag, the student parliament elects its federal government. This federal government is called the General Committee (AStA). The student parliament controls, commissions and can vote out the AStA at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the control function over the AStA, anyone can participate in the working groups of the student parliament. They are open to the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These working groups currently<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Budget control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amendment of statutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning the anti-racism unit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The student parliament meets once a month on Wednesdays from 12 noon. The rooms can be found on this website: https:\/\/stupa-oldenburg.de\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The General Student Committee meets every Monday from 10 a.m. or 12 noon. The meeting rooms are in the canteen building of Campus Haarentor. On the level with the Cafetaria, go right between Issue 3 and Kulinarium. Aus K\u00e4mpfen und im Sinne verschiedster Interessengruppe an der Universit\u00e4t sind die Autonomen Referate entstanden. Sie stehen f\u00fcr verschiedene Studierendengruppen ein. The Autonomous Departments have emerged from struggles and in the interests of various interest groups at the university. They represent various student groups. You can find more information on the subpages of this one.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"lightweight-accordion\"><details><summary class=\"lightweight-accordion-title\"><span>Feministisches Referat Oldenburg (FemRef)<\/span><\/summary><div class=\"lightweight-accordion-body\">\n\n<p>Webseite: <a href=\"https:\/\/femref.uni-oldenburg.de\/\">https:\/\/femref.uni-oldenburg.de\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Gesellschaft ist gepr\u00e4gt von Unterdr\u00fcckungsverh\u00e4ltnissen.Sexismus, Cis_Heteronormativit\u00e4t, Homo-, Inter- und Transfeindlichkeit, Ableismus, Rassismus, Klassismus, Antisemitismus, Diskriminierung gegen\u00fcber Sint*ezze und Rom*nja, Islamfeindlichkeit, hegemoniale_dominante M\u00e4nnlichkeit.All diese Dinge existieren nicht unabh\u00e4ngig voneinander, sondern sind miteinander verbunden und verst\u00e4rken sich. Aufgrund dieser Verh\u00e4ltnisse ist auch die Uni ein Ort struktureller Ausschl\u00fcsse: Menschen wird der Zugang zur Universit\u00e4t strukturell erschwert oder unm\u00f6glich gemacht,Student_innen werden in ihrer universit\u00e4ren Teilhabe be_hindert. Seit 1978 gibt es das Oldenburger FemRef. Jedes Jahr wird ein neues Referent*innenkollektiv von FLINTA+ Studierenden gew\u00e4hlt, das daran arbeitet Diskriminierung aufzuzeigen und abzubauen, Schutz- und Freir\u00e4ume zu bieten, empowernde Angebote zu schaffen und zu erhalten. Wir f\u00f6rdern FLINTA+ Studis der CvO direkt und unterst\u00fctzen Initiativen mit einem (queer-) feministischen Anspruch, die im Nordwesten oder Oldenburg verortet sind. Dabei ist auch das FemRef ein Ort, an dem Positionen immer wieder diskutiert und aktualisiert werden m\u00fcssen. Wir m\u00f6chten f\u00fcr uns und euch einen Ort zu schaffen, an dem mit- und voneinander gelernt werden kann, in dem es okay ist Fehler zu machen und f\u00fcr diese dann auch einzustehen und von ihnen zu lernen.Auch bei uns kommt es dazu, dass inhaltliche Auseinandersetzungen zu kurz kommen und wir neben Studium und (Lohn-)Arbeit Dinge vergessen oder einfach noch nicht wissen. Wir freuen uns \u00fcber jedwede Kritik und auch einfach Hinweise oder Kommentare zu unserer Arbeit. Denn queerfeministische Aktion hei\u00dft f\u00fcr uns auch, sich zu verb\u00fcnden und zusammen gegen den ganzen Schei\u00df zu k\u00e4mpfen.Wir solidarisieren uns mit Personen, die Diskriminierungen erfahren. Unser Feminismus ist queer und intersektional. Uns ist wichtig, unterschiedliche Perspektiven sichtbar zu machen, zu f\u00f6rdern und zu unterst\u00fctzen. Deshalb bem\u00fchen wir uns, unsere Veranstaltungen breit aufzustellen, sodass sich f\u00fcr Euch verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten bieten, Neues zu erfahren, in Diskussion zu kommen und sich empowern zu k\u00f6nnen. Dabei sind unsere Lebensrealit\u00e4ten und Perspektiven verschieden, aber nicht allumfassend. Wenn euch also Problematisches auff\u00e4llt, dann sprecht uns gerne an, schreibt uns eine Mail oder werft einen Zettel in den Briefkasten an unserer B\u00fcrot\u00fcr. Wir freuen uns \u00fcber Feedback oder einfach mal einen Schnack im B\u00fcro.Wir w\u00fcnschen uns, euch coole Strukturen und Angebote zu bieten, um ein Gegengewicht zu dem allt\u00e4glichen Mist zu geben, der so passiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our society is characterized by relations of oppression: sexism, cis_heteronormativity, homo-, inter- and trans-hostility, ableism, racism, classism, anti-Semitism, discrimination against Sint<em>ezze and Rom<\/em>nja, Islamophobia, hegemonic_dominant masculinity &#8211; all these things do not exist independently of each other, but are interconnected and reinforce each other. Due to these conditions, the university is also a place of structural exclusion: People&#8217;s access to university is made structurally difficult or impossible, students are hindered in their university participation. The Oldenburg FemRef has been in existence since 1978. Every year, a new collective of FLINTA+ students is elected to highlight and reduce discrimination, offer protection and freedom, and create and maintain empowering offers. We support FLINTA+ students at the CvO directly and support initiatives with a (queer) feminist claim that are located in the northwest or Oldenburg. The FemRef is also a place where positions need to be discussed and updated again and again. We want to create a place for ourselves and for you where we can learn with and from each other, where it is okay to make mistakes and then to stand up for them and learn from them. We welcome any criticism and also simply tips or comments on our work. For us, queerfeminist action also means joining forces and fighting together against all the bullshit and showing solidarity with people who experience discrimination. Our feminism is queer and intersectional. It is important to us to make different perspectives visible, to promote and support them. That&#8217;s why we strive to organize our events in a broad way so that you have various opportunities to learn new things, engage in discussions and empower yourself. Our realities and perspectives are different, but not all-encompassing. We are committed to a barrier-free university and equal rights for disabled and chronically ill students and help with problems in everyday university life during our consultation hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We regularly inform you about the general assemblies of all disabled and chronically ill students on our homepage. Dem Senat geh\u00f6ren 13 Mitglieder mit Stimmrecht an. Sie werden nach Gruppen direkt gew\u00e4hlt. Die stimmberechtigten Mitglieder setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: 7 Mitglieder der Hochschullehrergruppe, 2 Mitglieder der Mitarbeitendegruppe, 2 Mitglieder der MTV-Gruppe, 2 Mitglieder der Studierendengruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Pr\u00e4sidiumsmitglieder geh\u00f6ren dem Senat beratend an. Die Pr\u00e4sidentin oder der Pr\u00e4sident f\u00fchrt ohne Stimmrecht den Vorsitz. Die Dekane*innen, die Gleichstellungsbeauftragte, ein Mitglied der Personalvertretung, je ein*e Vertreter*in der Studierendenschaft, des Didaktischen Zentrums sowie der Zentralen Einrichtungen sind beratende Mitglieder des Senats. The Senate has 13 members with voting rights. They are elected directly by group. The voting members are made up as follows: 7 members of the university teachers&#8217; group, 2 members of the staff group, 2 members of the MTV group, 2 members of the student group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The members of the Executive Committee are members of the Senate in an advisory capacity. The President chairs the Senate without voting rights. The deans, the Equal Opportunities Officer, a member of the staff representatives, one representative each of the student body, the Didactic Center and the central institutions are advisory members of the Senate.
